challenging and inquisitive young adults who are ready to change the   
world.   

  •  Born between 1980 – 1994, currently between 13 and 27 years old

  •  60 MM – almost as large as the Baby Boomer generation

  •  Accept diversity – born after Civil Rights, Woman’s Rights and Gay
     Rights movements

  •  Dislike the status quo.  Willing to examine new ways of doing
     everything

  •  Have been raised with instant communications, multi-tasking,
     unrealistic feedback and rapid decision-making as their norms.   

  •  Believe they have the world in the palm of their hand.  And, with their
     knowledge of today’s technology they literally do.

  •  Life is fleeting– make the most of it.  Shaped by events like 9/11,
the Oklahoma bombing, the IRAQ war and Virginia Tech shootings

  •   Want respect immediately, but others have to earn it

  •   Expect to have 20 jobs in their career

  •   Their world has always included high speed computers, the
       Internet, cell phones, multi-tasking, text-messaging and
        instant communications.
